Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with MHE, also known as Mile High Embroidery, at www.lowkeychaos.shop.
Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment, all sales are final once an order is submitted. Each item is custom produced specifically for the customer’s order, including selected design, size, color, and product type.
No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Wrong color selected by the customer
- Wrong product selected by the customer
- Duplicate orders placed by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by carriers
- Minor color differences between screen images and printed products
- Minor placement or sizing variations common with print-on-demand production
Please review all product details, size charts, colors, shipping address, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Wrong Items
We will gladly help if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item due to a production or fulfillment error.
To request assistance, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at:

Your message must include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
If the issue is approved after review, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement item
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue, the evidence provided, and fulfillment partner requirements.
Claims submitted after 14 calendar days from delivery may be denied.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, we are not responsible for stolen, missing, or misplaced packages after carrier-confirmed delivery.
If a package is lost in transit and tracking does not show delivery, please contact us within 14 calendar days of the last tracking update. We will work with our fulfillment partner and/or carrier to review the issue.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to sender or lost because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for replacement costs, reshipping costs, or both.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders are sent into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.

If the order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Return Shipping
Do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving written instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, refunded, or replaced.
If a return is required for an approved claim, we will provide instructions. Depending on the issue, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to our fulfillment process.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
