Are your shirts made to order?
Yes. Every tee is printed just for you when you order — that's how we keep designs for every single year of the '80s without warehouses full of unsold shirts. It also means a little patience: your shirt is being made, not pulled off a shelf.
How long does production take?
Most orders are printed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it ships.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after production. All in, plan on roughly 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep. Ordering a birthday gift? Give yourself 2 weeks of buffer to be safe.
How do the shirts fit?
Classic, relaxed, true-to-size fit on a 100% cotton medium-weight tee. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements. Between sizes? Size up for that comfortable retro fit.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you receive it — that's normal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every shirt is made to order, we can only make changes before production starts — usually within a few hours of ordering. Contact us immediately with your order number and we'll do our best.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right. Send us a photo of the issue and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. No ironing directly on the print, no dry cleaning. Treat it right and the print stays crisp for years.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and really want your year, reach out — we'd love to hear from you as we grow.
Are your designs affiliated with any brands or bands?
No. Every design is original Lowkey Chaos artwork celebrating the decade — no licensed logos, no borrowed brands. Just pure '80s energy, made by us.
