Thank you for shopping with MHE, also known as Mile High Embroidery, at www.lowkeychaos.shop.

Our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. This means each item is produced after the order is placed.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

After production is completed, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5–14 business days after purchase.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by:

- Carrier delays
- Weather events
- Holidays
- High-volume seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Production delays from fulfillment partners

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout when applicable.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages, especially if items are produced by different fulfillment partners or at different production facilities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address entered by the customer.

If an order must be replaced or reshipped due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional product and shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking confirms that an order was delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery.

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

- Check around your delivery location
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Contact your local post office or carrier office

If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us at support@lowkeychaos.shop and we will review the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily focus on U.S. orders unless international shipping is available at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or local charges that may apply.
